This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to help you make some wonderful Ocean City memories. It features laminate flooring throughout. The living room area has plenty of seating for the family and a large flat screen TV. The full kitchen is perfect for families looking to cook some of those cost saving meals at home and the dining area has plenty of room for the family. The bedrooms have a king bed in the master, a pyramid bunk bed with a double/single combo along with a queen sleeper sofa. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and taking in the summer breezes coming off the bay. There is a washer/dryer in the unit along with wireless internet. The complex is very well maintained and features a large outdoor pool/baby pool. Located near 120th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants such as Liquid Assets, Green Turtle and Lombardi's to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to several grocery stores and Malls for last-minute supplies. If you are looking for a break from the beach, Northside Park is a short drive/walk away with numerous fun activities for the family including fireworks on Sunday nights. If you don't want to go to the park to watch the fireworks, this unit's balcony provides an excellent view of the exciting show! So, come stay in this fantastic unit and make some Ocean City memories. THINGS TO KNOW: \* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. \* Sorry no pets allowed. \* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. \* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25\. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. \* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Harbour Club is not an elevator building. \* Two parking spots are provided \* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial weekend and Labor Day weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.) \* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. It is nicely decorated, very clean and my husband and I appreciated the large gap between the master bedroom and the kids room 😉. The pool is just across the street-which the kids enjoyed- and even though we drove to beach, we could’ve walked it. The balcony was our favorite part! We loved that it was huge, we could access it from our room and it has the cutest double seats for my hubby and I to enjoy. The only thing we didn’t like was that after our 5 hour drive in, we had to spread the breads ourselves even though we were exhausted. But at least we were certain that the linens were clean. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting OC that doesn’t mind not being on directly on the beach. ##### Marsha S. We close to the beach but far enough away from the noise to make it enjoyable. The property was clean and well kept. The pool was just what we needed. The upholstered furniture is dingy looking and needs to be replaced or very deeply cleaned, especially the sofa. Also there was little hand soap available in the bathrooms.
