Open floor plan living area with full kitchen and dining table where everyone can gather for meals & games. Outdoor lounge with wrap around deck where you can hear the ocean waves. Sleeps 13 people comfortably. Washer/Dryer in home. Centrally located and walking distance to restaurants including Ropewalk, Hooked, Lombardi's and Blue Fish. Grocery nearby as well. Come stay with us! The Space: This home has 2 condos on the backside that can also be rented if you need extra space; Pelican 1 and Pelican 2\. Look for Pelican 1+2+3 to rent all 3 homes!!!! Guest Access: Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier.
