This condo was a great location for a family beach week. There is everything you need in walking distance and there is a bike path up about 10 blocks that take you to more restaurants, putt putts and a big park. The condo was spacious and quite and we loved it was close enough to the beach we could easily walk back for a bathroom break or to get lunch. Thanks for a perfect week. We will be back. ##### Amy B. This is an amazing property with great views of the ocean from the balcony. We had a disabled person who utilizes a wheel chair and the elevator to the property was awesome. The location is also perfect for handicap access to the beach and beach wheel chair located at 120 street. TThe unit was clean and spacious. The beach house was well stocked with all you need for cooking and dinning. Parking was never an issue. This was the perfect place for a perfect vacation and we would love to stay again. Carpet needs to go. The microwave over the stove needs to be removed as it does not work. It has been replaced by a counter top model that takes up a lot of counter space. The plastic runners in the entry hall need to go. Bring extra tableware as there are only 3 dinner forks and 4 dinner knives. ##### Robert J. My mom,sisters and our kids spent a wonderful week at Sandy Square!the location was great ,short walk to beach!the place was a great size with 3 big bedroom and a great living and kitchen area! We would rent again,thanks Ted for using VROB and letting us rent your beach condo! We did have minor problems with opening and shutting the porch sliding doors,they would fall off tracks which made difficult to open . Everything else great! ##### carol g.
