Great family hotel

Great family stay. Food mediocre, apartment was refurbished clean and all the amenities worked well including great air con. Pool area was really good to sunbathe and dip in the pool.

A fine hotel situated before the nicest beaches of Cyprus. Tasty English breakfast is prepared and the hotel features cozy and modern rooms. On site dining options are also adequate, if you would rather not go to Ayia Napa for dinner. The staff were very friendly and professional, and added a wonderful touch to our holiday. I highly recommend.

Pros: Pros: Good value and really clean with ample amenities, comfy beds, definitely a family with kids place. Cons: Reception lady mostly on duty seems really miserable. We had a 1 bed suite (493) the bedroom curtains were not lined so from 4:30am/sunrise and all day the room was so bright like being on the beach and scorching hot so made sleeping really hard. Would also recommend bringing own towels as they are thin & very hard.

Overall a great stay.

Great stay. Renovated rooms. Outside seems old but inside rooms are great. Kitchen is fully equiped. Great pool. The restaurant by the pool though is expensive but people working there are polite and very responsive to everything we needed. What needs to be mentioned is that our rooms were not cleaned daily and the towels were not changed daily. This is such a shame. This is not what is advertised here. Will stay again though and looking forward to improvements and more polite receptionists!

Excellent place excellent location

Great stay- accommodation is very good, clean and every thing you need for a self catering stay. Staff are amazing as is the pool and bar area. Stay for a week and should have stayed for longer.

Good stay

Lovely spacious room with good AC. Nice balcony on top floor. Clean kitchen. Close to supermarket for essential shopping needs. Only downside was no hot water.

Nice village would stay again

We stayed at Makronisos Village for a weekend. It was a lovely stay, the grounds are beautiful. The rooms are clean and a decent size. The swimming pool is a decent size as well. The only issue we had was we couldn’t connect to wifi, the TV in the room wasn’t working, it kept saying no signal but we didn’t go all that way to watch TV so can’t complain.

In general, it was a fine hotel. Clean, the stuff was very polite. I ordered a pizza from bar, it was decent. So its breakfast, decent :). Pool area is a dream. The only thing that i didnt like and was a problem is the lighting. its so low i could barely see.. we had weddings in the area and it was difficult for me to do my makeup and fix my dress due to the lighting, and had to go to the toilet cause the lighting there was good, but not convenient

I booked for a superior apartment and they gave me another type . When I complained about it and that the toilet's door entrance is from the bedroom they told me that this is how all apartments are. At the end they moved me to a superior apartment. The next day the air-conditioning went bad. They fixed it a day later.

Le point positif : la piscine est grande et agréable. Les points négatifs : les serviettes de toilettes sont changées tous les jours mais sentent l’humidité. Il y a des fourmis qui rentrent dans toutes les chambres et même le produit disponible dans chaque chambre ne suffit pas à régler le problème. Le personnel ne voit aucun problème à faire du bruit avec le rotofil à 7h45 le matin (il faut oublier la grasse matinée). Surtout, le plus décevant : la demi-pension n’est qu’une blague. Les plats sont très peu variés et de piètre qualité par rapport aux autres hôtels. Nous n’avons pas mangé à l’hôtel de notre séjour ni pour le petit déjeuner ni pour le dîner et avons donc été “volés” pour cette prestation. Il n’y a aucune animation la journée et le soir peu de clients restent pour les quelques animations, probablement à cause de la qualité déplorable du repas proposé…
