La chasse d’eau fuyait et le lavabo s’écoulait mal. J’ai payé un supplément pour mon chien mais il n’est pas admis dans la salle du petit déjeuner. Je ne l’ai su qu’en allant déjeuner. Pour le dîner , le service au restaurant était de mauvaise qualité : on a été obligés de demander qu’on nous apporte la carte La nourriture était médiocre ....

« The receptionist was extremely unpolite and rude from the very beginning. She asked for my name three times, even though I had already repeated it clearly, and then insisted several times on how exactly the reservation was made, in a very unpleasant manner.
