Our daughter's small home could not accomodate us all. This property is about a mile from the daughter's and it worked out amazingly well! Great, well kept propertty with no hassles. The new appliances in the kitchen and the washer dryer were a bonus and easy and fun to use. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained and enjoyable to explore. Only spent time basically sleeping in location but it was fine. Only complaints (if you want to call them that) were the following: 1\. Requirement to not wear shoes in place. Seems to be very California like (request to not wear shoes). Little annoying but OK. 2\. Bed was a bit on the smaller side. Not sure the size but definitely not king. Room size might have something to do with this. Honestly, we should have looked at bed size before booking if necessary. We were OK with bed size. 3\. Nest HVAC was a little confusing. But was cool enough for our stay. On a positive note, the place had a washer and dryer which was awesome. Might want to consider putting a stool to get into top dryer (for someone shorter). The number of towels and sheets was huge. They were great! Very quiet area. Seemed newly renovated and nice place! Enjoyed our stay. ##### Peter C.
