« Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch. »

« I recently stayed in this lovely OB home with my family. It was me and 9 other people, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The photos are accurate. The pool was clean and heated. The house is located in a private, wooded area but conveniently located to OB, Edgartown, the airport and beaches. The interior/furniture were so cozy. The house came equipped with enough plates, dishes, pots, pans, utensil, towels, etc. It would be helpful if the house came with a book of instructions, so we'd...
