"Such an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so helpful. Can’t wait to come back again. The only thing that was disappointing was we thought we had buffet breakfast and it was la carte. The team did let us order what we wanted though if they had it."

"The most original and fun hotel! When I booked this pink hotel I didn't know what to expect. After researching everything on Gili Air it seemed the best and it blew away everything else on the island when we got there! Ana Guysenova manages this property and made sure every last detail was perfect for my group. She helped us with reservations every night and made sure we go the best table. Helped us do the private pink boat to snorkel. She was part of the girls and we wanted to take her with us♡ Thank you for making our stay so special!!! The hotel itself is perfect for a few days away. Its set away from all the busy areas on the nicest section of the island. All adults which I love. Rooms are beautiful and every day they left a treat or surprise in our room. The breakfast is to die for. Love that it isn't a buffet. The fish burger was so good I had it four times for lunch and dinner. We ventured out a few times but always came back because the food was so much better there! The pool is the perfect temperature and they had free drinks and snacks all day. You can't go wrong staying here. I'm already booked for next year with my group!"

"JAGO villa offers a good space to relax and unwind with the amenities they offer! This is my second time staying at JAGO & this time round, I’ve opted for the bigger room to accommodate 3 people. The villa is spacious and comfortable for 3-4 adults. Staffs were hospitable and really helpful. Thank you JAGO!"
