"Nice family operated place providing great service in a rural area! Place is well maintained and staff super friendly. My only disappointment was that just around the guest area there is a lot of plastic trash and rust metal. I believe it is in their reach to tidy it up. Internet is fast and good, but for some reason could not send emails (yes receiving), and some websites were blocked. "It was very convenient since the property is near plenty of restaurants and diving centers. And the ocean view from the place is so beautiful. Only disadvantage is that the walls were so thin. So, be prepared to hear the wave sounds all night, roosters crowing all morning."

"This was by far the best hotel stay we have had in a long while. Where to start - the staff are all amazing. Kind, caring, made us feel special. We stayed at the hotel our whole trip, so all the staff started to recognise us and it was so nice! The hotel manager Marco was beyond lovely - so nice to have a chat and made us feel so welcomed and special! Thank you Marco! I LOVED the house keeping twice a day. This was extremely helpful for me. We have had this in a few hotels in Bali but not in all. And I have to say it was VERY much appreciated! Just getting the extra water or freshening up a towel etc for the night ahead was great! Thank you! Great pools and pool service - we really enjoyed our meals by the pool. All the hotel restaurants were delicious and we look forward to going back to all of them again. BIG SHOUT OUT to allllll the breakfast crew/staff - so so so lovely! You were all kind, and always high fiving my kids and remembering I liked a take away coffee in the morning etc. It sounds like small things, but teh effort of caring and kindness is really what makes a trip special. We look forward to coming back soon - I am already looking at flight of when we can come again next year! OH AND THE KIDS CLUBS - beautiful ladies! So kind, always so happy to see our girls! Our girls were begging us to go to the kids club everyday and do all the fun craft activities! Thank you all for being so kind and caring with our kids! They loved the fun afternoons with you all!"
