At Taunus in Numana, an exclusive residential complex nestled in the green hillside overlooking the sea—which is about 1.5 km away—accessible on foot via a trail approximately 700 metres long from the complex’s entrance or via the free shuttle bus service, a single-family villa consisting of: a living room with a double sofa bed and access to a patio equipped for outdoor dining, a kitchenette, a master bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double), a small bedroom with bunk beds, and two bathrooms, both with windows and shower stalls. Private garden with a glimpse of the sea. TV, washing machine, and air conditioning in the sleeping area.

Prices include: rent, water, electricity, and gas, final cleaning, air conditioning in the sleeping area, free shuttle bus to the beach, one beach umbrella, and two beach chairs on the private beach.

Tourist tax (mandatory): €1.00 per person per night (max 15 days; children up to 3 years old excluded).
Bedding and towels (optional and upon request): €15 per person per set.
