Hello Kimberly Torres , we are disappointed to read this review . we apologize for the loud guests on the premises we are a family oriented motel! with a great location, with many return guests year after year. we ask guests to be considerate of others while vacationing here. we checked the ceiling and no spots, I also sent maintenance for the toilet and all good. all rooms are cleaned daily at checkout, I will forward this to housekeeping.thank you for making us your motel of choice.

Hello, Assata, we apologize you weren't able to exchange your towels. Our office is open every day of the week and is always available to assist our guests. you never came to the office or complained. If any guest would like full maid service, Housekeeping is available upon request from 9am-2pm. with our motel by request housekeeping gives our guests more privacy to enjoy their vacation time. We generate less waste, and we guarantee you get a clean sanitized and comfortable room or suite. We are glad to offer a perfect location, clean, affordable motel. Located right down the block from the beach and boardwalk.

Hello Sylvia, thank you for choosing to stay at Sandy Shores motel. sorry you feel that the front desk was rude, we are very professional and accommodating. the front desk has procedures we need to follow to ensure everyone a pleasant stay. As I read this review, I see all procedures for check-in to handing you the key where followed. You never complained or requested relocation of your room. The pictures that you see on the internet are all updated all new furniture, mattresses and bedding in all rooms. We love to show past photos online of our guests having fun making memories with their families. The rooms are cleaned deeply at every check out and checked and inspected before check-in We will forward all your concerns to the housekeeping Dept.; we checked the toilet and is working fine. So happy you enjoyed the pool, and your son loved the baby area. Sandy Shores has a prime location down the block from the beach and boardwalk.

Hello Amanda, I spoke with you in the office about the hair in the pool. when the pool closes at 8pm the filter goes into high gear to filter out all that's left from the days pool use. On that particular day the pool was being enjoyed by many guests. The pictures online are exactly the motel. we are in a perfect Location, clean affordable and Low-cost motel. we are located right down the block from the boardwalk and beach in a prime location. we are a family-oriented motel and love to offer free Ice Cream make your own sundaes, to all the guests and families. we are glad you enjoyed the Ice Cream. All linens are professionally cleaned and delivered daily. we are disappointed that you had this occur. Rooms are fully cleaned at every check out. I did inspect your room and didn't find the piles of dirt you mentioned but did have the housekeepers do a deep clean. We apologize the pillows were lumpy. any problem with the accommodation just simply let us know and we will try to resolve any problem immediately.

Thank you for your review, Jessica. we are so glad you a had a great stay! being perfectly located so close to all the activities, restaurants, bars, beach and boardwalk, Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but we are always here to help accommodate. we have free coffee every morning at 8am poolside. we do have our 50's music for wildwood theme playing by the pool in the afternoon hours. we apologize if there was blaring music at 730am somewhere.

A government issued id must be presented at check in. we apologize you had that water experience. I did have the plumber check on that and it is working. so happy our beds were comfy and the fast wifi was great for you. your review is appreciated
