WIFI, AC, sunny/ clean. New Kitchen & screened porch. Sun-drenched & charming, clean, well-maintained year-round 3 bedroom 2 bath home, just a two-minute walk to Lookout Bluff (private bayside beach) with breathtaking views of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown. Stunning sunsets and stargazing from the decks and skylights ! Beautiful calm waters are perfect for swimming, clamming, fishing, kayaking, sailing and any water activity you can think of. Wonderfully quiet and safe neighborhood. Classic, charming and comfy Cape Cod home with many nice arty touches. House includes three large decks, large level front & backyard, fully equipped newly-renovated kitchen with quality dishware and spices. Baths are updated, clean and bright. Full basement with newer washer and dryer and ping pong table. Good internet for working remotely, as well as a few small desk areas (master bedroom, queen bedroom). Mini-splits/AC throughout the house. First floor includes a sunny kitchen with all usual amenities including an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a large island with plenty of storage and counter seating. The newly constructed open floor plan dining/living/family room combination includes new hardwood oak floors, multiple skylights, vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan, AC mini-split, gas fireplace, 65" TV with soundbar, a leather couch and two leather recliners, and dining chairs for 8\. The first floor den/small living room has newly-sanded oak hardwood floors, a comfortable couch which seats 3-4, two large upholstered easy chairs and a rocking chair. There is also a 42" Samsung Smart TV. Also on the first floor is a sunny full bath with tub and shower unit, and a carpeted bedroom with AC, including an oak frame double bed, and a twin bed and two small chairs. Carpeted stairs lead to the sunny sun-drenched second floor, which is fully carpeted throughout excluding the bathroom. Second floor has a spacious master bedroom with a Thuma king bed and matching end tables, a small desk & chair, a large painted dresser, a 50" Samsung Smart flat screen TV, futon adjacent to windows with a southern exposure, AC, and sliding glass doors to a large deck with plenty of outdoor solid deck furniture. The second bedroom on this level is also very bright, with south-facing windows. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a full-sized futon, small desk, hardwood dresser, A/C & full length mirror. On this second level there is also a newly-painted full bath (with new tub and shower) and plenty of closet space throughout. The house has 3 smart TVs with good wifi for streaming, 10 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, two children's 24” bikes plus older helmets (use of bikes and helmets is at your own risk), a gas grills, badminton, soccer and basketballs. The three-level deck is great for lounging or watching the sunset and stars, and the top deck offers limited views of the bay, the Provincetown monument and lights, the sparkling ocean and setting sun, and fabulous unobstructed night sky gazing ! Deck outside the master bedroom is perfect for summer reading or simply dozing off in a comfortable lounge chair. The private outdoor shower off the very large first floor deck is a great way to cool off after the beach, bike ride, walk or long run. Patio table and 6-8 chairs as well as multiple Adirondack deck and lounge chairs, for comfortable outdoor entertaining. Sliders off the first floor family room lead to a large newly-constructed screened-in porch with seating for seven. There are outdoor umbrellas for sitting in the shade, plus umbrellas and sand screws and beach chairs for taking to the beach. There is also a hammock in the shade to take a snooze in. Families with children are welcome, however there are stairs inside the house, stairs leading to the three outdoor decks, and stairs from Lookout Bluff down to the beach, so children should be old enough so that these do not pose a safety threat to them. Ping pong table in the basement for rainy days and evening games. Beginner's surf board in the basement is also available for guest's use, as well as boogie boards, a skim board and a blow up inner tube. (FYI please note that during the late fall through early spring, the outdoor first floor deck dining table and chairs are kept inside. Adirondack chairs on the second floor deck remain outdoors all winter, as does the screen-in porch furniture.. There is also a portable pack-n-play crib and booster seat/high chair combo available for guests use. Pillows, blankets and quilts /comforters are provided, but please bring your own bed linens and towels. (Bed linens and towels can be provided for an additional fee, if notified enough in advance). Truro is beautiful in the off-season, and house is available for rent, year-round. Discounts available for the months of March, April, May, early June, September, October, November, December, January and February and linens and towels can be provided for an additional fee. Property has an excellent rental history with a lot of repeat guests. Make your reservations soon, before it's too late ! NOTE: Large family room, screened porch and new kitchen recently added, and new landscaping including an underground sprinkler system will be available in spring 2025 ! The vacation rental exceeded my expectations. From the charming rooms to the abundance of equipment for use, the home was splendid. We used the bbq grill in the backyard and ate on the patio everyday. The three story deck was amazing with 360 degree breathtaking views. The owner, Liz, is amazing as well and very accommodating. This is a wonderful home - with all of the extras. The kids enjoyed running around outside and the ping pong table. We were able to have friend join us for a few nights, while enjoying complete privacy upstairs. We just wanted to unwind. We enjoyed breakfasts on the patio and cocktails on the upper deck. The private beach was exactly that! Quite serene. Our only negative was that we had to pay $200 to have linens provided. It is close to PTown and Truro Vineyards but yet you feel like in you're own world. The house was well stocked and the decks were great. It was nice and refreshing to take an outdoor shower (the first time ever for some in our group). It was a quick Uber to Ptown and a nice little walk to the beach. The beach is a quick walk from the house, and the setting is lovely, with 3 levels of decks, lots of birds and comfortable bedrooms, and dining room and living room. The house couldn't have been more perfect and more accurately described for our weekend away for my sisters bachelorette! Liz overcommunicated on anything I might need which was extraordinarily helpful as being MOH, planning the bach and coordinating a group of adult women can be exceedingly challenging so it was wonderful to not have to go back to the host and ask any questions as I had any and all details I might need! The house was perfect for both dining in and outside as we took full advantage of making meals at the house to enjoy the beach a short walk down the street. The decks and outdoor shower were gorgeous and everyone loved being there. After the trip I realized I had left my Burberry coat hanging in the closet and Liz was so great about sending it right out to me overnight, don't wait to book this place! ##### Tara T. The house is fantastic…I mean, 3 decks?! You can walk to the beach, which has stunning views of the tower and the end of the continental US. The outdoor spaces were comfortably furnished and offered an ideal combination of sun and shade. Views of Provincetown from the upper deck were an added bonus. Though we purchased a beach pass from the town, we rarely used it, as we found the nearby association beach to be the perfect place to spread out and enjoy the day. The home was perfect for our party of 7! The location was ideal- close to all of the best beaches, restaurants and shops. The private beach is extremely close and great for the kids. The home is extremely clean and well stocked. The outlets door space is more than we could have asked for. Our family has vacationed in the Cape for many years and rented numerous houses.
