All the comforts of home are included in this 1-bedroom + den condo, totaling 1,350 sq. ft., including gourmet kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, SmartTVs for streaming, and a private oceanfront balcony. All condos strike the perfect balance of modern luxury and seamless indoor/outdoor island living. Central air conditioning and high-speed wifi will keep you cool and connected during your stay. Beyond the entryway foyer, the home flows into a spacious open-concept great room encompassing the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The upper bunk is really only suitable for a child (had 70 lb weight limit) so don’t think you can sleep 2 up there. Also rail was low. The property is beautiful with great decor and had everything we needed. This location was way better than the busyness of Seven Mile and you do need a car to get around. Also loved the Rum Point Club next door beach bar and beach. Would stay here again. ##### Jill J.
