Three stories of master planned construction, encompassing 7000 square feet of space for family and friends to enjoy, along with an immaculately landscaped yard, 100 feet of white sandy beach along the Caribbean Sea, and a swimming pool complete with a 50 foot infinity edge, swim up bar, and tanning ledge, will help you create the vacation of a lifetime. From the moment you walk through the entryway, you’ll have incredible panoramic views of the blue Caribbean waters. The open floor plan, with 10 foot ceilings throughout, connects the oversized family room to the dining room and a kitchen that would appease even the most seasoned Chef. Just off the family room, you will find a separate entertainment room, equipped with wet bar and secondary fridge. Pour a glass of scotch or mix your favorite cocktail while shooting a game of pool overlooking the ocean. Coral Vista has 10 bedrooms, including 3 oceanfront master suites, one on the ground floor of the residence, and two on the second. Each of the oceanfront suites is equipped with a King bedroom set, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom, and stunning direct views of the beautiful water. The house has a 4th oversized king suite, with en suite bath, located in the southeastern corner of the house. The suite has a flat screen TV as well as a small home office for any work you may have to attend to. The ground floor also contains two other private suites on the western side of the house. They share a spacious bathroom and are ideal for a family traveling together as part of a larger group. One of the rooms is outfitted with a queen bed, the other with either two twin XL beds, or a king (can be arranged prior to your arrival). Facing west, the rooms are a wonderful choice for anyone who prefers to sleep in, as it will stay quite dark in the early mornings. On the second floor, in addition to the dual oceanfront suites, Coral Vista has a king suite complete with a connected, private nursery. This suite comes with an en suite bath and is designed for families traveling with very young children. The nursery, which adjoins the main room, is equipped with a crib, changing table, and rocking chair to make vacation with the little ones a bit smoother. We can also help arrange for the room to be stocked with baby supplies prior to your visit. The second floor also has two private suites on the western side of the house, similar to the ground floor. These two share a private en suite bath, one being equipped with a queen bed, the other a bunk bed, complete with trundle (3 twin beds in total). The centerpiece of the upstairs, however, is the oversized entertainment room. Sleeping 3-6 comfortably (if needed) with triple bunk beds, the upstairs entertainment room also contains an array of options for kids (or adults!) of all ages. Try your luck at Skee-ball, or challenge a friend to a game of pop a shot basketball. There is also air hockey, ping pong, and bubble hockey, as well as a 75 inch TV. The entertainment room is equipped with an array of board games to enjoy as well. Continue up to the 3rd floor, which has an extension of the entertainment room, complete with arcade games (Pac-man, Sega Outrun, NBA Jam, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Star Wars, among others), a lobby and concession area complete with a vintage popcorn machine, and an 11 seat stadium style movie theatre. Coral Vista comes fully stocked with almost anything you could want during your stay. All bed linens are Egyptian cotton, and luxury bath towels and oversized pool towels are in abundance. You will find plush robes with the Coral Vista logo to use during your stay, and take as a souvenir when you depart. Built to accommodate large groups and events when needed, we have multiple roll away bets, and can also set up additional twin beds in any room. As you exit the house to the backyard, you’ll find yourself on the spacious patio leading up to Coral Vista’s world class pool. Relax in the sun or shade in any of the ample seating around the patio, or jump in the refreshing water. Inside the pool you’ll find more than enough space for a party of any size. The views of the ocean, overlooking the 50 foot infinity edge, are breathtaking. The 16x16 gazebo covers the pools swim up bar, where you can enjoy a drink in the shade while listening to the waves crash onto the beach. Beyond the pool deck, only 50 feet of white powdery sand separate you from the Caribbean, where you will find some of the best snorkeling on the island. The reef is located less than 100 feet from the shoreline, with shallow waters inside, and the tropical sea life is incredible. You'll find complimentary snorkel sets of every size at the house to use during your stay, as well as water shoes if needed. If snorkelling isn't your thing you can try exploring the ocean in one of Coral Vista’s 5 kayaks. Life jackets, fitting everyone from infants, to children, to adults of all sizes will be located at the house and are recommended when using the kayaks. Fire up the beach side grill, or try our built in pizza oven at Coral Vista's outdoor kitchen. If you are cooking in, our outdoor dining has seating for up to 22\. Take advantage of the seaside cabana while you listen to the ocean in the back drop. In addition to the countless amenities at Coral Vista, we take pride in our hospitality above all else. Game room, movie theater, kitchen and 4 washer and dryer’s were the bomb!Cleaning staff was incredible. We did pay extra for them to come mid week and it was totally worth it. Just had a partial clean.Off the beach is incredible snorkeling. Kids and grandchildren spent hours in the water.It’s not a sandy, swim able beach but we went to Rum Point (a 10 minute drive) for that.Food at Rum Point for lunch and dinner was excellent.It was truly a memorable week! ##### anne c. We had 13 in total and could have fit many more. We loved the beach, used the kayaks provided at the house, and lived in the infinity pool. Amenities of the house were wonderful. The house recommended a chef who we used for a private dinner - he knew the kitchen, was able to prepare quickly, and the food was fabulous. The house is located on the island's North Side, which is a little quieter, away from the bustle of Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach, but that was a plus. We were 10 minutes from Rum Point, and close enough to local restaurants that were wonderful. Would love to come back again! ##### Marty B. The showers could have had hotter water. Loved having so many washers. Used often. Beds very comfortable. Nice being next to Chisholm's. So peaceful being right on water. We were a 3 generation family of 15 ranging in ages from 22 to 79\. The house is beautiful. We loved the arrangement of the bedrooms on both the 1st and 2nd floors opening up to the livingroom and kitchen area so we were all always together. The living area is so large that we were never crowded. There is so much to do in the house: games, tv, pool table. Everything you could want is in the house: 4 washers and dryers, 2 refridgerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a coffee station, a microwave, sink, and garbage disposal. Plus the house has soaps and shampoos, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. Outside, the pool is the best ever! We spent so much time in the water, either using the many pool toys provided or relaxing along the infinity wall listening to the ocean waves. We loved the kayaks and the snorkels. Everything you need is provided. We enjoyed a nighttime bonfire by the ocean using the provided firepit. Early risers would relax, read, and enjoy the breeze under the structure next to the pool. Some of us would tan on top of that structure. The large outdoor grill is perfect for cooking a meal for everyone. So much seating is provided around the pool either in the sun or the shade whichever you choose. Rum Point and Kaibo are only 10 minutes away and great for beaches and eating out. Seven Mile Beach is beautiful and only a 40 minute drive. This is the best vacation home we have ever stayed in! ##### Kenneth W. We have stayed in houses all around the world, and Coral Vista is the best house ever! The pool was tremendous, as was the arcade and movie room. The beach out front, hermit crabs for kids to play with, an endless pool, basically a laundromat with 4 washers and dryers! The two dishwashers and 2 large indoor trash receptacles in kitchen made taking out garbage so much easier with all the cooking being done for 11 people. Theatre room was used everyday. Neighbors nice. Enough parking out front. Well taken care of. This house is amazing! Every detail was thought of. The house is fully equipped with everything you will need. There is a fosters about 45 minutes away for the majority of your groceries but Chisholm is about a 5 minute walk and has the essentials. The 4 sets of washers was very convenient. Game room was a hit and Mario cart in the movie room was fun for all. Every night we had a pool tournament and loved having the refrigerator in that room for drinks. We visited with our adult children, daughters and son in law, grandchildren, and my mother in law. Everyone had their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. They even had a fully stocked nursery, another room with a crib, and toys for our grandchildren. The kitchen space is exceptional and stocked with anything you may need for cooking large family meals, including 2 dishwashers. Beautiful views of the ocean can be enjoyed from throughout this home. We had so much fun using all of the amenities this home had to offer: The pool, the beach,snorkeling, kayaking, billiards, family movie night in the theater room, and friendly competition in the game room. They had four washers and dryers which made laundry a breeze. Life jackets in every size, swim shoes, snorkeling gear, pool floats, sand toys and plenty of beach towels were all provided.
