Secluded and peaceful location in Rum Point with a quiet beach club next door. There is also a dock next door for easy pickup and drop off for excursions. Short boat ride to Stingray City, reef for snorkeling and fishing, and the bioluminescent bay is really close.Also, the Kaibo marina is a very short drive away and there is a grocery store a few miles away. Air works well. Master bed mattress is pretty soft so we slept in the guest room. There are several pairs of goggle snorkels and fins to use. Beach chairs out front were plentiful. We did see lots of stingrays snoekling to the left of the dock on the sand bar. Lots of sea grass and not much coral until you are way out in the boating channel though. Enjoyed the rum point restaurant and free beach area. Lots of amenities at this condo, water toys, books, sunscreen, full kitchen, screened in porch. Great for a remote quiet spot. Definitely rent a car though, it's going to take you an hour to get there from the airport and taxies are very expensive. ##### Jason P. Words can't describe how amazing this home was. I'm a bit of a neurotic cleaner, and my family laughs that I typically have to clean and sanitize every rental we've stayed at in past, but this home was spotless. First time ever I was able to unpack and just relax. We were steps from this gorgeous private beach where we snorkeled almost every day. Skates, sea turtles, rainbow parrot fish, stingrays everywhere. We were also on the very quiet and natural side of the island near all the beautiful attractions. It's pouring right now as we prepare to leave . I'm actually glad because I'm not sure we would have left if it was another sparkling day. lOl! We felt right at home. We were able to walk right out our door to the beach in less than two minutes. We saw a turtle by the pier and many other fish at the reef. The place was super quiet and we were the only ones at the beach most of the time. Even better was the host LJ. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. She is responsive, helpful and kind. She provided feedback to my many questions. I would stay here again in an instant. I certainly hope to be back. We had a car which helped because I loved being able to spend time at SMB side. ##### Jennifer W.
