Typical nice area of detached homes off the freeway dominated the area near the hotel. Small open store areas and were not too far away with typical fast food restaurants. Staying in this area really requires a car and the hotel has free parking.
Nothing special. Like any other city residential area.

Some parts of north Las Vegas are better than others. Where the the hotel is situated is a great area.
The area is quiet and under development. There is lots of construction going on around this area. It looks like the district is trying to revitalize the area with new housing making it more affordable to the average Las Vegas worker.
The place is far from the main strip
