« My room was nasty. There were leftover rags in the shower hanging off the bars. There was hair everywhere. The room smelt nasty. I literally looked for another hotel option. If only it weren't so late. I would never stay at this hotel again. Ever. »

« The room was clean and the staff was great. The bed was okay but the pillows were so thick and hard I couldn't even use them. Also, the footsteps of the people above both rooms we had were very loud until the middle of the night. Not sure what was going on. No soundproofing?? »

When I immediately called the front desk she told me I booked a King and when I asked if she would like me to show her my confirmation she said yes. « Everything was fine. The only complaint I have is I was told a 75.00 hold was put on my Credit card and I haven’t received the money. I am still be charged for the hold. Thank you Ed »

« Breakfast was pretty bad. Lots could be done to make it better. Suggestion: Put out some butter early so that it isn't freezer cold when people want to use it. Suggestion: Use fresh eggs in the egg/sausage section. Suggestion: Ensure that there is enough sausage. Suggestion: Have better selection of teas. Suggestion: Keep enough coffee for every guest to have a couple of cups. Suggestion: Have some honey set out. »
