  • Welcome to Villa Maria, our modern designer villa, located in one of the best locations in Aruba. When you enter Villa Maria, you will be welcomed by our luxurious kitchen diner with cooking island, large dining table and sitting area, with an open concept to the outside space. The unique U-shaped layout ensures privacy, so that you can enjoy the private swimming pool in peace.

    Villa Maria is built to resist the heat of the Aruban sun and is built with the best insulated materials to keep you cool and fresh inside. Our Villa is suitable for 8 people (possibly 10).

    This villa is a short distance from the beautiful beaches and the bustling center of Palm Beach, with hotels, casinos, shops, nightlife and restaurants. Moreover, the Tierra Del Sol Golf Course & Spa is located a few minutes away.

    The villa, with 400 m2 of living space, has 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 very stylishly finished bathrooms, a guest toilet and an indoor garage, suitable for two cars.

The pool was amazing. Our kids enjoyed it so much. The place is perfect getaway from the chaos of tourism but close enough to be a part of it when you want to be. The beaches are no less than a mile away. And the home the clean and provided things that were so useful. We had some issues, which we addressed immediately. They also accommodated us by allowing us an early check in and to stay later because of a later flight. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay

This home is perfect—immaculately clean, wonderful for entertaining, enough room for everyone to have their own space. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The location is great—still close to the hustle and bustle of Palm and Eagle beaches—but far enough away to completely relax and unwind. And this home is a short distance from the beaches we really loved—Arashi and Boca Catalina. We will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay at Villa Maria

This is our second year staying in this beautiful home. Location is perfect for all activities and the house amenities leave nothing to be desired. The Host and Property Manager were very helpful and communication was outstanding. We wholeheartedly recommend this hiuse for a great stay in Aruba.

Great Vacation in Aruba!

This is an awesome house! We were four couples and had plenty of room to relax and unwind after the mornings/afternoons at the beach. House is well-stocked and comfortable. Property manager greets you and answers any questions that you may have (and she meets you again on the day of departure). We would definitely stay in this house again.

Birthday get away

The location and amenities were ideal as quality restaurants, beaches and tourist attractions were within 5 minutes. Once we figured out the roundabouts....LOL, driving was a breeze. Design Villa Maria is on the short list for an Aruban Christmas return visit..

Beautiful Island, amazing air b&b

Julie let us put our suitcases in the house because we arrived early. We were able to change and run out while they finished cleaning. Julie was great when I needed to contact her. The house was amazing! Just what we needed and we loved coming back from the beach to lay by the pool. Highly recommend.

The home is exactly as pictured—inviting and every bit as lovely in person.We stayed at this villa as a family of seven—six adults and one child—and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the home felt spacious, welcoming, and very comfortable. We all slept well and especially appreciated the beach chairs, which were a convenient and thoughtful touch that made our stay even more seamless. The location was another highlight. The villa was just 10 to 15 minutes or less from the airport, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping mall, nearby resorts, and the harbor, making it easy to explore Aruba while still enjoying the home’s privacy.Two small suggestions that could further enhance the experience for future guests:•A U-shaped sectional in the living room would offer more flexible seating for larger families gathering to relax, watch movies, or spend time together.•Extending the driveway a bit closer to the road could make the transition into the garage even smoother.Julie was gracious, hospitable, and responsive throughout our stay, and her warmth truly enhanced our experience.Overall, this was a memorable stay, and we would gladly recommend this villa to other families visiting Aruba.

Taste of Heaven

Villa Maria was more than we had expected. The wine and charcuterie board upon arrival for our anniversary was a nice surprise. Julie’s welcome was greatly appreciated. The hot water in 2 bathrooms was not the best but we made it through. The location was great for nightlife, food, adventures, the beach, shopping, etc. the pool was amazing. The pool cleaners showed up twice without notice but they too were in and out with no disruption. I look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend it!

Aruban vacation

I chose this property mainly because one of my sisters is in a wheelchair and everything was on one level.......lots of room for her to maneuver throughout the house. The pool was wonderful as well as the covered patio area as it did get very warm during the day. There is a rooster in a nearby property that made sure to let me know it was morning....lol. Food in Aruba can be very expensive depending on where you go and we found the best place was C-Mart and not as crowded as Superfoods. Had a great stay and plan to come back in a few years.

best girls trip ever

I stayed here with three other ladies for our girls trip. One of us had a birthday the week we were there and there was a bottle of wine for, which was very thoughtful. We were greeted by Julie when we got there, she was so nice and a ball of energy. She was very responsive whenever we had questions. The pictures do not do justice to this beautiful place. The address is on Ruby Street and it is indeed a gem. The pool was a favorite hangout spot and the pool cleaners come twice a week to clean it so it’s very nice and clean. The kitchen is amazing and very well equipped. All of the bedrooms are very nice and comfortable with large walk in closets and very nice ensuites. After we learned that the hot and cold water were the opposite of the label on the shower faucet all was right with the world. You definitely need a rental car but the villa is in close proximity to most everything, including the California Lighthouse and Arashi Beach and Palm Beach. We all agreed that we would be back, either together or with family.

Could not ask for better layout

So very impressed by the design of this home. There were three couples that stayed in this villa we each had our own bedrooms, and the bedrooms were laid out on each side of the pool, which allowed for the utmost privacy yet when we were all together in the huge great room for eating or entertaining we could not ask for more. The pool was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful. The property manager Julie responded immediately and if we had any request, she was right on top of things. The owner recommended a concierge which was Freya. She was fantastic. She made our arrival perfect. If we were asked to give one recommendation,It would be that lighting in the bedroom and the bathrooms could be a little bit brighter . Overall, the property was amazing. The area was amazing. We could not be happier. The owner and the property manager were great to deal with. if I ever had the opportunity to build a home in this beautiful paradise, it would definitely be designed exactly like this home! We would definitely love to stay at this property again!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maria! It comfortably accommodated our group of 3 couples and 2 singles. The property was clean and spacious. It featured a beautiful pool with plenty of sun chairs, along with shaded areas for those of us who prefer to avoid direct sunlight. There are many wonderful restaurants in Aruba, but the costs can add up quickly. The outdoor grill and large kitchen, equipped with a full-size fridge and freezer, were perfect for breakfast and dinner when we wanted to dine in and enjoy relaxing and playing games. The washer and dryer came in handy. We would absolutely recommend Villa Maria for a group or family stay in Aruba!
