This house located in the gated community and just 10- 20 minutes away from Sarasota and Venice where you can enjoy fine dining and shopping. A short 5-7 minutes drive to wonderful beaches. There is a salt water infinity swimming pool, state of the art gym, tennis courts. Dogs are welcome. Dog park right on the premises. It's your perfect Florida escape home.
