This is the second time we’ve stayed here in 30 days. First time was excellent, beautiful large family room, brilliant breakfast, great facilities and friendly staff. Top notch! But we stayed here on our way back from Czech Republic on 10/8/2023. Lovely sized room for us but when we opened the bathroom door the smell of fresh lit cigarettes and an open sewer was intense. We reported it to the staff and they said 2 others reported the cigarette smell also and she’d investigate Upon returning from the spa windows were open to allow the room to ventilate but in the morning it was worse and the smell from the toilet was vile I like the hotel but room 539 il never stay in again or anything on that floor I would have expected to be moved if space allowed but no note or communication was left. On departure I mentioned again and they said they’d get maintenance to check. If no other rooms available on other floors next time, I think We will use a different hotel sadly

Excellent hotel - arrived tired, left refreshed!
I loved this hotel and would make an effort to stay again. It's modern, spacious, quiet, clean and very comfortable. The Spa was amazing and just the tonic to relax with. The bed was fantastic. I slept so well. I arrived jaded and left relaxed and refreshed. The staff were really great - friendly and helpful. A great find, thanks in part to the previous positive reviews.

Poor rating given as no accommodation for disabled
Pretty bad no accommodation for disabled people and a service dog had extra charge. Parking was almost a block away to walk to hotel room. No disabled parking outside entrance! Hotel staff would not accommodate this necessity!

I liked that is was pet friendly and the staff was super friendly. We had a nice breakfast and it had a very convenient location being very close to the motorway. The beds were super confy as well.

Happy repeat customer when in Frankfurt area!
Very convenient drive to Frankfurt airport. A very clean, quiet property with plenty of parking and an early sumptuous breakfast which was included with our stay. Room included very comfortable large bed and well appointed bathroom with a convenient magnifying mirror on the wall. Sauna and pool were relaxing and excellent. Front desk happily and quickly printed off our travel documents when we asked. The hotel is situated right off the autobahn and walking distance into the town and near a small area of various shops including a grocery store.

Great hotel
Very nice comfortable hotel , big rooms , super beds and fabulous shower . Thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with everything one could wish for .Definitely will be be back !

Good breakfast but reception and housekeeping staff very unfriendly and not helpful. Internet access extremely poor, at peak times, like evenings, not working at all.

Great hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet and a wonderful spa retreat. It is situated on the outskirts of the city but is well worth the stay.

Nice place 20 minutes away from the airport

Nice hotel, good resturant, chefs will modify dishes for you. Beds were ok, thou they only have really soft pillows. Good location, thou its a limited for night life activity. Hotel internets needs to be improved though as i struggled to get any signal in my room

Pleasant hotel
Check-in and check-out was amazingly fast. Thank you!! Very clean room and hotel, friendly staff. One fish and one meat dish at the dinner food buffet (or a la carte but we didn't choose that option). Breakfast buffet also had ample choice. But don't be late for breakfast, the buffet closes on the dot (even the coffee!! ARGH!!)

The hotel is in a good location not to far from the main highway. The hotel is clean. Our dinner was disappointing not the food or the speed it arrived but the staff. Our waitress with long blonde hair, not tied up might I say which I thought odd. Was not very professional. I asked her about a large plate of food as I was hungry and she recommended a dish which turned out to be smaller than my wife's even after I repeatedly mentioned that I was hungry and looking for action plate of food and she did not mention the buffet. After our food was delivered we are and she did not return to see if we were enjoying our food until we were finished and she was not very busy we were watching. When she cleared our plates she did not ask us if we would like anything else and left us sitting with empty glasses for 10 minutes. We them had to ask someone else for our bill. However the breakfast was very nice and the staff friendly

Hotel was a bomb site!
Not at all impressed. We had not been advised in advance that some considerable building works were currently in progress to refurbish the reception area. The actual temporary entrance was not easy to find. The usual main entrance was closed. Parts of the hotel resembled a bomb site! Not very pleasant! The room was ok without being impressive. The food, evening meal and breakfast were ok.

Nice hotel if you don't want to stay in nearby Wiesbaden. About 20 Min. drive to Wiesbaden, Frankfurt and the airport. Good sized rooms, clean and appropriate. Huge breakfast buffet. Stayed here the 2nd time and will book again.

Deceiving...
The hotel no longer has a full service spa which is the only reason we stayed. We got put into a separate building from the main building which made getting to facilities difficult. We had to wade through a business convention in our swimwear to get to the pool. The pool was very small and only 4 ft deep all around. We had planned to stay for 3 days but after the spa let down and the distance of getting around we checked out the very next morning.

EXCELLENT.. staff, services, room, only a bit far from nearest town , but very easy & cheap to reach train & bus stations with a taxi recommended hotel

Disappointment at the Ramada
The location is remote to everything, requiring a pre arranged taxi for going anywhere. If you need to change dollars to Euros forget about the front desk, One of them looked at me and said: "Sir we are not a bank. " I said you are not a hotel either, so why are we here??? The so called airport shuttle is nothing more than a shared taxi that you pay 20 euros fee. And you might have to carry one of your bags on your lap. The attitude of the staff especially the Front Desk and Restaurant is nothing short of arrogant. Never again would We stay at this Ramada. And if this is indicative of their overall management philosophy , We will never stay in another Ramada hotel !!

Dog friendly comfortable hotel with great WiFi
We checked in half an hour after the stated check in time after a very long car journey to be told our room was not available, and we had to wait another half an hour before it was ready which was quite annoying. There was no offer of a tea or coffee or drink from the bar, which would have been a better way of dealing with the delay! Other than that, the hotel itself was great for an overnight stop, good (although quite hot) room, comfortable beds, great free WiFi, good shower, and plenty of tea and coffee supplies. The Bistro restaurant was not open but the alternative was a buffet restaurant which also had a la Carte choices and we had a nice meal with very good service. Breakfast was also good and included in our rate. The hotel is next to large theatre and close to the motorway but not much else within walking distance. The hotel was very dog friendly which was important to us. The staff provided some food and a water bowl in the room.
