Welcome to La Bergerie des Oliviers, a former family stone house full of history, now transformed into an authentic and warm home.

This single-storey 70 m² house offers an exceptional living environment on the heights of Saint-André-de-la-Roche, where the charm of the old meets modern comfort.

From the moment you arrive, you will be captivated by the vast 1000 m² garden planted with century-old olive trees and the breathtaking panoramic view stretching all the way to the Baie des Anges.

The main living area, filled with natural light thanks to a large bay window creating a unique indoor-outdoor atmosphere, features a living room with television and a fireplace for cozy evenings during the cooler seasons.
The property is fully air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the year.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, allowing you to prepare meals with ease.

For your convenience, the house includes a WC near the bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a second independent WC.
You will also find a washing machine, an iron, and a hairdryer available on site.

For your stay, the house can accommodate up to 5 guests:

1 bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, with a separate toilet next to it, equipped with a washbasin and a ceiling fan.
The living room has a 160 × 200 cm sofa bed for 2 people.
1 sleeping area with a single bed, with a bathroom next to it, equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and bidet.
A baby cot is also available for our youngest guests.

To make your stay easier and lighten your luggage, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that the property does have Wi-Fi, offering you the perfect opportunity to truly connect and enjoy.

The outdoor space is an invitation to relax, with a large terrace accessible from all rooms of the house, a hammock for peaceful naps, and an electric plancha for outdoor grilling.

You can safely park up to two vehicles thanks to the private parking and garage.

Pets are welcome to share your holiday in this extremely quiet neighborhood.

The property has an outdoor stone staircase without a railing, and the grounds feature some natural elevation changes. Extra caution is advised when children are present.

The location is ideal for exploring the French Riviera, as you can reach downtown Nice in just 20 minutes.
Quick access to the highway within 15 minutes allows you to explore the east with Monaco 20 minutes away, Menton 30 minutes away, and Italy 40 minutes away, or head west to reach Nice Airport in 25 minutes, then the cities of Antibes and Cannes.

Enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea from your garden and let yourself be carried away by the peaceful atmosphere of this renovated shepherd’s house for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Access to Nice is very easy: by car of course, but also by public transport. Bus line 19 allows you to quickly reach Nice and the seaside. There is also an on-demand transport service (C8) available by reservation in the area.

This is ideal for families: teenagers can easily go and enjoy the sea while parents stay at home to relax.

The sheepfold is located in a very quiet residential area on the hillside. There are no shops within walking distance, guaranteeing peace and quiet. All amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, city center) are accessible in about 15 minutes by car. A bus stop is about a 3-minute walk away, providing easy access to the public transport network and the center of Nice.
