The studio can accommodate 2 people and includes a living room with a sofa bed, a shower room, an equipped kitchen and a small dining area.  
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Elevator, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Refrigerator, Heating, Microwave, Oven, Iron.  
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.  
  
For your daily shopping, you will find a Carrefour City at 4 min from the accommodation and various bars, restaurants and shops nearby.  
  
Moreover, its location allows you to discover the Nice Museum of Fine Arts, the Magnan annex, a historical site Obelisk, the Alsace Lorraine garden, a tourist attraction Nice Beach and several beaches which will be very appreciated in summer.  
To mark your stay, be sure to visit: the Villa Masséna Museum at 9 min walk, the Saint-Nicolas Cathedral at 18 min, the Casino Barrière at 16 min, the Place Masséna and the Fountain of the Sun at 22 min, the Promenade des Anglais at 18 min, the Marché Aux Fleurs Cours Saleya at 25 min walk or 7 min drive and many more...

\-- Magnan or La Madeleine The Madeleine district is a narrow area occupying one of the valleys that runs down from the hills to the sea. Very urban and quite popular, the boulevard de la Madeleine offers the experience of a real immersion in an active and dynamic corner of the city. -- Les Baumettes Comprising a part of the famous Promenade des Anglais, the Baumettes district located in the heart of Nice presents a double face. Residential on its heights, it becomes much more urban, commercial and animated when you get closer to the shore. This family neighborhood is ideal for enjoying the beach and a real neighborhood life. -- Gambetta Living in the Gambetta neighborhood means being able to enjoy the sea and the beach while being just a few blocks from downtown. More recent than the neighborhoods of the hyper center, Gambetta presents a harmonious mix of bourgeois buildings typical of 19th century Nice urbanism, Art Deco buildings and contemporary buildings. Gambetta is not a very large neighborhood, but it does have several very commercial streets: rue de France, which is known throughout the city for its stores. Served by the streetcar, this district has everything to please! -- Le Piol - Parc Impérial - Vernier The Parc Impérial district owes its name to the Imperial Hotel that was built in 1902 for the Russian community that spent its winters on the French Riviera. This neighborhood underwent a real transformation during the Universal Exhibition of Nice. Today you can find the memories of this period with beautiful buildings. Today, it is a colorful residential area, perfect for a family stay, thanks to the proximity of the sea and the shops of the area that will delight all your desires during your stay. -- Thiers - Musicians Mozart, Verdi, or Rossini, came to walk in the streets of this district. The musicians' district is the symbol of Nice's architecture. It is a district appreciated for its calm and for its immediate proximity to the hyper center of Nice. Although it is very close to the hyper center, the musicians' area offers a real neighborhood life to its inhabitants. There are many local shops and restaurants. -- Jean - Médecin This district is mainly known for the avenue Jean-Médecin. It constitutes one of the north-south traffic axes of the city and appears as the main commercial artery of Nice. It is referred to by the people of Nice as "the Avenue". You will be a stone's throw from the Notre-Dame de Nice Basilica and the imposing Nicetoile shopping center. -- Carabacel Just a stone's throw from the port and adjacent to the old town, this neighborhood has many shops and emblematic places. The Carabacel district attracts a decidedly urban and active population. The city of Nice is known for its narrow streets and extremely dense urban fabric. Although the Carabacel district is no exception to the rule, it nevertheless benefits from an exceptional space. With its promenades and bicycle paths, shaded by palm trees and typical Mediterranean plants, it is a meeting place for the neighborhood's residents.
