The modern and refined decoration will allow you to take full advantage of this apartment. You will be seduced by its view on the roofs and its brightness thanks to its 3 windows. The apartment has a south facing balcony allowing you to fully enjoy your meals outdoors. The balcony and the apartment give calm on a courtyard. It is located on the 4th floor with elevator, it has free WIFI and air conditioning. With Smart TV you can access your Netflix account in addition to hundreds of channels available. This apartment enjoys an ideal location in the city center in the heart of the Carré D'Or. It was in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk to Ruhl Plage area of the beach and convenient to many many restaurants and bars. It was a short walk (sub 15 mins) to the main train station which was useful when visiting other towns. My only complaint is that the check-in and check-out process is a bit annoying. You have to go to a store that’s a 5 or so minute walk away for both pick-up and drop off of the keys which since I was traveling solo meant I had to take all much luggage with me. It would be better if someone would meet at the apartment with the keys or if they got a lock box at the apartment. ##### Paul O.
