Nearby attractions: centre activités nautiques 500 m, centre commercial cap 3000 350 m, port de plaisance 400 m.  
2-room apartment 35 m2 on 3rd floor. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the veranda. Open kitchen (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Heating. View of the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (roofed, 1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.
