I can not believe that Wyndham has a propo that is in such sad shape. Our room was infested with flies. We killed over 100 in a few hours and there were still more. The pool was unusable. It looked like the cover was in the water and totally covered with mold and algae. After insisting a refund for our stay we were told it would be taken care of. Property and rooms in bad conditions. No phone, no iron in the room. No TV guide. A lot of immigrant workers, and I mean a lot. They were walking, talking, and smoking all night long. Didn't get much sleep for the noise. We were in town for a funeral. Property needs to be upgraded badly. This hotel is perfect for people like the homeless and immigrants. No running water and bedding so filthy that we slept on top of the bed. Management wasn’t friendly and all other hotels were booked, so slept 6 hours and left as soon as possible. Tried to get refund via Expedia was denied, as we didn’t make a complaint during our stay. They were always available and addressed any issues I may have. Only issue I had during the two days I stayed there was the English barrier. They tighten up their English language and I would give them a 9 out of 10\. A nice and quiet hotel just one block off the interstate. I definitely recommend it for anyone.
