Enter this expansive mountain home through a large tiled entryway with enough space to store all your gear. Featuring a large open great room with breathtaking views of Sunday River and the surrounding mountains, a gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless appliances, and an off-set dining room ideal for entertaining. The second floor offers a private master with luxury en suite bathroom and king sized bed. The lower level has a second living area, bunk room and fourth bedroom, bathroom, wet bar, and direct outdoor hot tub access. The Outlook at the Peaks is a premier location to unwind with friends and family in the Bethel / Sunday River area. To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months. Linens / Toiletries Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided. The house is beautifully built and tastefully furnished, with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The views are absolutely stunning, making it a perfect getaway. The only downside is the lack of room-darkening shades in the living area, which makes it difficult to enjoy the space during the bright summer days when the sun is intense.
