Enter this expansive mountain home through a large tiled entryway with enough space to store all your gear. Featuring a large open great room with breathtaking views of Sunday River and the surrounding mountains, a gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless appliances, and an off-set dining room ideal for entertaining. The second floor offers a private master with luxury en suite bathroom and king sized bed. The lower level has a second living area, bunk room and fourth bedroom, bathroom, wet bar, and direct outdoor hot tub access. The Outlook at the Peaks is a premier location to unwind with friends and family in the Bethel / Sunday River area. The house is beautifully built and tastefully furnished, with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The views are absolutely stunning, making it a perfect getaway. The only downside is the lack of room-darkening shades in the living area, which makes it difficult to enjoy the space during the bright summer days when the sun is intense.
