The bathroom had been done very nicely. It was great having a washer and dryer. The kitchen had everything you needed. They had a cute backyard. There was a place to park a car. It is also just a set-back only a few feet from the street itself, giving a feeling of lack of privacy. The bath heater is too noisy and often would wake us during the night. It was also difficult to verify that the setting on the digital thermostats would actually accept your temp changes. Towel hooks are needed in the bathroom near the shower. Also, the bath lite fixture opposite the mirror is reflected in your face and eyes when in front of the mirror…bad functional location. Yes, how do you turn the D/W on?? This property was managed by Vacasa. The cottage is super cute, perfect for a single person or a couple. It is walking distance to Nye Beach and is a quiet neighborhood. It is easy to get to Hwy 101 as well. It has a little private backyard and a deck. We had one issue with the shower water (all hot, no cold) and the property manager came over very quickly while we were out and fixed it. He was very friendly on the phone.
