I can't say enough great things about Paws on Pelham. The location is ideal, the facilities & room are wonderful and the breakfast was great with an accommodating staff when you have any dietary restrictions. Will definitely be back!

Very cute and welcoming property! Central to everything but quiet as well. Friendly innkeeper and overall a beautiful property. We didn’t bring a dog but got to pet many while there!

It’s great that they cater to dog owners. However, the rooms are small and it’s an old house so you hear everything. I’m not sure we would choose this option for our next visit.

Paws on Pelham was an absolutely wonderful place. They were so dog friendly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was decorated beautifully with such a fun dog theme. It’s just a few minute walk from lots of shopping and restaurants. An intrepid person could even walk to Easton beach if they really wanted to. They have a large, safe parking lot (even though we surprising didn’t have much trouble finding parking). Our room was spacious and clean. It was so sunny and bright and everything felt new. My only minor complaint is that the tv in the bedroom was not a smart TV while the tv in the sitting room was. As well, the walls/floors are fairly thing so you can hear other guests in their rooms or walking around. Most importantly though, my dogs loved. And if they love it, then I love it.

Found this hotel on a whim and it was absolutely perfect for us and our 2 small dogs! So many cute room options, free breakfast every morning, extremely clean and easy to check in and out, free parking and in walking distance to Bowen’s warf and so many other places. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Everything was very clean, the innkeepers were great with communication and were also friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to all the shops on Thames and Bellevue ave. I will definitely be returning. My pups loved the place too

Unique and Charming

Paws was an outstanding little inn. Dog friendly is an understatement, everything about the little b&b is centered around making your dog feel welcome - from in room bowls and beds to treats in the lobby. Even if you aren’t traveling with a dog, it’s an outstanding room in a location that’s walkable to all of Newport - all at a price that’s a fraction of the nearby hotels. Great find - we will be back!
