Awesome property, great staff and roomy comfortable accommodations. Breakfast is awesome. On-site restaurant (Kerriges) is superb. Quiet location close to shopping, shows and the Underground. Bring a device that can Cast your content to TV so you don't have to try to find something to watch on the confusing TV/Media System, the channel guide is awful. The WiFi is lightning fast and great for streaming.

The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again.

Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel. "Was good for 1 night stay. Breakfast was nice. Staff super helpful and friendly. Only negative was the slamming doors at night. The bedroom doors require a good slam to shut them so this made it a little disruptive at night. Other than that it was a great little place to stay."
