« Communication was immediate and excellent before the trip. Check in was simple. The place smelled and looked amazing. There was a kayak already there but we brought our own and out on the water we went. « We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. « This is truly a unique property. Im not gonna lie, I spent alot of time wondering how this little gazebo came to be. Could I have asked? Absolutely.
