"Came here to stay overnight after a concert at the Prudential Center. For an overnight stay, it was wonderful! It was a good driving distance from the center. When I entered the room, it was very clean and it smelled fresh; I was pleasantly impressed. I know other people complained about parking and all the noise from the trains. While the parking lot is fairly small, I personally had no problem securing a spot, nor did yhe trains keep me up at night (in fact, I enjoyed the view haha). My only thing was that I couldn’t get the AC to work. It wasn’t boiling hot in the rooms, but it would’ve been nice to have. Overall, this was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it!"

"The airport shuttle only runs if the driver decides to run it. If they don't want it to, it doesn't. We lost some belongings in our room and nobody cared. They just told us to file a police report."
