The best budget hotel. Friendly staff, very polite and quiet. Security card locks that also lock from inside, comfy kingsize beds, very clean rooms that were cleaned every day by the hotel staff, very close to metro station, warm water the whole day, working wifi on all rooms, Overall one of the best choices!

Excellent property and very convenient to travel to Manhattan. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. The property is clean and has a fantastic charm.

I booked this property as a last minute resort because I have to travel to Brooklyn to take care of my dying sister. Upon arrival I knew I had messed up, it was filthy outside, inside was not much better. The walls in the room was disgusting, boogers crusted on the wall blood on the sheets. My sister and I sat in a chair all night until we could call Expedia to get a refund. I wouldn’t let a stray dog stay here over night. 10/10 does NOT RECOMMEND

Stay was overall just fine, no complaints that are very major. Hotel was clean and staff was okay. Security guards were a bit extra but most people in New York were. Can hear pretty much everything going on in the hallways but it didn’t bother me much as I just needed rest period. Bed was comfy, loved the bathroom modern look. Aside from hearing the area wasn’t the best, i’d probable book again.
