We booked the standard double and were given a glorified box room, bed pushed up into a corner with a wardrobe at the foot so not easy for person sleeping against the wall to get out at night. Tiny window onto internal column of the hotel with all the air on units attached. Wash basin cracked and would not hold water, if the toilet flush was held to give a long rinse then water stated spraying out the back, this was reported but nothing done. Expedia shows this hotel as having a restaurant and bar, there is no restaurant and the bar was not open everyday, no explanation. When in the bar area a member of staffs iPad sits on a ledge streaming basket ball, hardly professional. A general air of couldn’t care less hangs over the hotel.

staff was excellent. Check in process was a little weird with the tight kiosk but not complaining because the staff was super helpful and ready to answer any and all questions. cozy and very convenient location.

It’s an older hotel with understandable wear and tear. Two very small elevators with 2-4 max capacity. One of the elevators was out for awhile, but quickly repaired. Stayed in a “suite” w/ queen size bed- still suuuuper tiny. Bathroom max capacity 1/2 a person 😂 , but not unexpected , it’s NY. The bathroom door was opaque, so the bathroom light lit up the whole room. Windows view of interior courtyard- basically a brick wall. The staff were all very attentive and professional. Chilled water available on each hallway -loved it. Only minutes to Times Square, but a bit challenging to catch a cab at times. Despite the shortcomings, a very enjoyable stay.

I love the location of the property. It's just a few minutes walk to the heart of Times Square and the subway. It was surprisingly quiet. There was a loud car twice at night. But the hotel was super quiet. They had happy hour so that was nice. They brought towels and toilet paper very fast since we didn't want our room serviced. The staff seemed like they enjoyed working there.

Very professional staff. Handled our bags while we spent the day visiting New York before our official check in. Coffee, water, and seltzer water available 24 hours a day. Nice lounge area. Highly recommend. Our only complaint is that the fan in the bathroom did not work.

Although it’s small, it was perfect for a weekend get away. Very clean, courteous staff, and the best location to see all of NYC. Close to subways and many main attractions. Will definitely stay there again!

If you are looking for a inexpensive hotel for mid-town close to Times Square, this is great if you have a motel-6 type attitude. As a male, traveling alone for 3 days, it was OK. I asked for an interior room and the one they gave me was dark, quiet and cold.... perfect. But I probably will never stay there again and definitely not with my wife. It was minimalistic at most

While the property itself could use a freshen up, the staff go the extra distance in providing a terrific experience. I had a hiccup while checking in and the staff went out of their way to make sure the rest of my stay was great. The suite had a smaller bathroom than expected but very spacious sitting and working area, which I wanted. Overall a great experience and I would stay there again.

The hotel was located in a great location on 45th St W between 5th and 6th. The check in was quick and seamless, and so was the check out. I loved that you could check your bags at the front desk on arrival and departure to allow for more sight seeing. Our room was on the 7th floor and was located in a quiet location. You could not hear any street or hallway noise which was a plus for me. Would definitely stay there again.

Although well situated in the Times Square area, this is a pleasant boutique hotel, but the rooms are small, the beds are not queen but doubles, and there is no breakfast. Nice for a short stay, and the front desk people were nice and efficient.

Rooms could use some renovation but all amenities were found to be in a working condition. Front desk staff - Joanne - was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. Always happy to answer questions or otherwise assist.
