Beautiful Rustic Barn just waiting for you to kick back and relax.

  • Our beautiful rustic barn has a stone gas fireplace perfect for snuggling and staying warm while you catch up on movie time or your favorite shows on direct tv. First floor also has a bathroom with shower, living room, eating area, and full kitchen that includes coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, silverware etc.. The upstairs has2 bedrooms with 1 double and 1 queen bed in each room. A unique bathroom that has a vintage soaking tub . Also a sitting area where you can catch up on some reading or sip a glass of wine. We have Tvs with Direct TV in each bedroom .Enjoy the outdoor landscaping no matter what the season .Relax in a lounge chair outside under the pergola, throw a steak on the barbe, make some smores by the campfire, listen to the waterfalls, walk through the gardens and enjoy the sweet smells .
    We also have a farmhouse that is listed on vrbo if you need additional housing for your guest.
    We also host weddings in our 40x100 heated and cooled 4 peak tent. Check out our info at www.baileyfarmsbarnandvenue.com OR CALL FOR PRICING.
    NOTE: We will not rent the barn out when we have a wedding . NOTE We Do Not Allow Pets.

Our Stay at the Little Red Barn Tucked away in the quiet countryside of New Virginia, this little red barn was everything we didn’t know we needed.From the moment we arrived, it felt like time slowed down. No distractions—just the two of us, surrounded by God’s creation, fresh air, and stillness that you can’t quite find anywhere else.The barn itself was absolutely charming—cozy, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful details. One of our favorite parts was the vintage soaking tub… we ended each day there, unwinding and just being present. Simple moments that turned into some of the most meaningful.Mornings were slow and peaceful, starting with quiet time, prayer, and reflection. Evenings were just as special—reading together, sitting by the fire, and listening to the gentle sound of water nearby. Everything was very clean which is extremely important to me ...this host pays attention to details, does little things that you wouldn't normally see when we walked in the first things I noticed was the beautifully decorated with Christmas decor fire place already lit up with tv playing peaceful music. The host had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. First place we have stayed that provided a fan. The property is so tranquil we are just disappointed we weren't able to enjoy it more. The property has an antique cabin, Country vibes and can be rented out for weddings... my fiancé and I would like to have our wedding here and will be looking into it more. Thank you for sharing your beauty property with us!!! Great experience would definitely go back!

What a delightful place to stay! The four of us friends met to visit and play card games. The four beds made it perfect. There was a nice long table for games or crafting. The fireplace in the living room was warm and cozy and conducive for visiting.

Beautiful cottage. Worked out great for our girls weekend. Just wished we could have enjoyed the outside area but Iowa weather didn't cooperate. We have marked this location as one we will visit again.

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I were looking for a place a few hours from home for a weekend away. This was perfect! Quiet and relaxing- beautiful property! We went to Osceola for dinner at the Iron Horse, and back the next evening for live music and BBQ at Revelton. Would absolutely stay again!

I can’t say enough good things! This place was everything I was looking for and expecting and more! Cabin was spotless. Linens were provided and fresh. Every box was checked. We had the relaxing weekend we were looking for and are already planning our next trip back to this place! Love love love it!!

Absolutely gorgeous setting and accommodations

My goodness, the property and grounds at this amazing rental is almost beyond description - just absolutely gorgeous. The home was absolutely spotless and so beautiful. Beds were so comfortable. It was like being at a retreat. The owner went out of her way to accommodate a change in our stay. I would give a 10 star review if I could!

So cute

We only stayed one night after a weeding on a different property. Check in was so easy as we were not able to get there until after dark and they left lights on. The Barn is so cute and inviting. They have toiletries. To use and my favorite was the deep tub to relax in for a bit in the mo. Would 110% come here again. And would love to come with extended family for a reunion if they are having a wedding that day!

Quick getaway
