2 night stay. Easy check in via text and lockbox. Kitchen equipped enough to cook anything. A/C worked well, pool was nice. Not many people staying these 2 days so it was nice and quiet. The only downfall was the furniture in common area. Old, stained and nasty. Sat on our own fold out chairs. Replace that gross furniture and this is a returnable property!

The only negative thing is when I arrived back after dinner Friday and Saturday night there was no parking space for me By Sunday night the lot was empty for the rest of the week Maybe have a assigned unit parking

The place had a great brand new pool. The management was easy to get a hold of and responded to questions instantly. The only downside was the air conditioner broke and a few other maintenance issues during our stay but the management had workers out the next day and the suites are getting renovated in the next couple of weeks. This is a great place that you can just walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with items so you can cook and have coffee. There are beach towels ready for use. Enjoyed our stay.

The property needs some improvements. They include: new pool furniture, welcome information in room with information about motel and area. Where to get towels, password to laundry facility, recommendations for beaches, dinner, activities. The room needs hangars and a bureau for clothing. There was no place to unpack. The couch was dirty and very uncomfortable. The bed was also not comfortable. Although the room was clean and smelled fresh on arrival, holes in ceiling near AC unit and bathroom needed work. The contactless arrival would have been fine if communication was clearer. Expedia had amenities listed the property didn’t have. There were no bars on the property. Jeremy was very nice and responsive through text.

Nice apartments with a separate bedroom. Renovated pool and the beach in walking distance. The kitchen has all necessary for a short term stay

The room was nice and clean. Location wasn't the absolute best as there was a lot of traffic noise, but parking was great and free, easy in and out of property. The AC was down in our suite but Jeremy fixed us right up with a portable unit

Enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was about another tenant playing music extremely loud for hours. Loud was an understatement honestly. I did stay during bikeweek and I have zero problems with bikes and some noise but this was extreme. I felt the property managers should have asked them to tone it down a bit or move it inside. Overall very nice place to stay.

Have gone to New Smyrna my whole life and this spot is a hidden gem! Close to everything, great layouts and constantly updating! Very responsive staff and management.

This place is just adorable, super clean everything you need. "Old Florida charm" We had a problem with the AC but Jeremy ( the hotel manager) is a fantastic guy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy....we we'll be back!!

we selected this hotel and one important criteria was the pool-- it was torn up, construction on going. we discussed this many times with the manager who promised to compensate this. Naturally we have heard nothing from them. Very disappointing

This was an excellent property. It was clean and all renovated inside. It had a full kitchen, pull out sofa, separate bedroom and bathroom. The place was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again!!

The property is a newly renovated 1950's era motel. Our suite had 2 bedrooms and a complete kitchen. Everything was spotless. It's a short walk across the street to the beach. There are numerous dining options within a mile of the property. Parking is no problem. Jeremy, the manager, was very responsive to the few minor problems we had (figuring out how to make the TV work and using the keypad to access our room). We had a wonderful stay and will gladly stay there again for our next visit to the Daytona area.

Stayed to attend a wedding and they were so nice we needed to check in a little earlier and they were very accommodating with that. This is a very nice place and so exceptionally clean!

Our unit was pristine. We were there in December and the only people at the whole property. It was certainly quiet. It clearly is set up for summer beach goers but we had all we needed and the host was extremely responsive to us at all times

Cozy and Clean, loved our stay here.
The check in process all being contactless was nice, the property look like an older property on the outside, but was very clean, and modern and very comfortable on the inside. I was honestly surprised by how nice it was for the money. The property keeper is friendly and very easy to contact. It felt like it could be a home away from home, we will be staying here again!

The shower handle was broken but the shower still worked, no remote for the fan in the bedroom. No queen sofa sleeper like the hotel listed and the couch had crumbs, a lighter and paper under the cushions. The tv did not work, remote had no batteries. Also no shampoo, or bar soap for shower. A female I talked to said she would fix the shower and put the handle on but nothing else.

Weekend get a way
Star checked us in on Thursday and was super friendly and helpful. The unit was clean & cute. The mattress was so uncomfortable and made creaking noises every time I turned. I tried the sleeper couch mattress but that was even more uncomfortable. The pool was freezing cold even at the height of the sun and it was 80+ degrees out.. The kitchen was stocked with enough items to allow cooking and it was just a short walk across the street to be on the beach. If the mattresses get replaced, it would be a better review from me.

It was a nice two room suite, with a full kitchen, very clean, the outside looks like an old school motor court, but the rooms are all well done, and the pool was nice, it had a very intimate vibe, the whole place . We'll definitely go back, and it would be a fun place to bring a few friends :-)

Looks like they are newly renovating the place. After it's completely done i believe it will be a great place to stay. Very Good now though. Nice little apartment type rooms. Would definitely stay here again.
