Bring the boat! Waterfront pet friendly 2/2 home with drive on boat dock! Park the boat in the backyard and be out on the water to some of the best fishing and sandbars in the country! This home is furnished with one queen and one full size bed and equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in the wonderful sunshine state. Located in the best neighborhood in New Port Richey, 10 minutes from downtown NPR with many dining and shopping options! Right off US 19 makes it easy to get to all that this beautiful area has to offer; only 30 minutes from TIA! \*No crazy checkout instructions! I want guests to enjoy to enjoy their time and not have to worry about doing chores while on their trip. Only rules are please respect the house and the neighbors. FYI- Their is a bridge that you must go under from the house to the gulf that can get pretty tight for a boat with a fixed T-Top during high tide.
