The hotel smells bad, and though the room was fairly clean the rest of the hotel was not. The shower ran either cold or extremely hot and was difficult to adjust anywhere in between. The property manager William was the kindest host you could ask for - personally gave us a rundown of the unit and provided us with everything we needed for a cozy hassle-free stay. Just a stone's throw and walk away from all the shops on bank-street, I highly recommend this stay if you're ever in the New London area! »

« Not Recommended – Felt More Like a Long-Term Housing Complex than a Hotel I did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel. It appeared to be occupied largely by people on short-term or extended leases rather than travelers.
