School of Management, Divinity School, Science Park, Hockey Rink, Woolsey Hall, Library, and downtown are walkable. FREE PARKING. Food trucks around corner on weekdays! Street protected by Yale security. Use the WiFi, refrigerator, stove, coffee, AC, etc. Quality mattresses and pillows!

Very considerate and clean during these Covid times. Have stayed here twice during the past few months for work, and the place has been great each time. Owner is very communicative and accomidating. Recommend for anyone staying in the area.
