Our non-smoking vacation rental is 130 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor. It’s in a quiet location, right on the edge of a field—away from the hustle and bustle. The Rotkäppchen bike trail runs right past the Grenff in the immediate vicinity. A wide variety of options for hiking, Nordic walking, jogging, and bike tours are right on your doorstep. Here, you can slow down and let relaxation take over. <br><br>The spacious apartment is lovingly furnished with family-owned furniture and accessories, which blend harmoniously with modern elements. A spacious, cozy living and dining area awaits you, complete with satellite TV, a radio/CD player, and free internet/Wi-Fi access. Books and board games are also available free of charge. <br><br>All rooms have fly screens on the windows. Bed linens, hand towels, and dish towels are included.---- Pets are not allowed----<br><br>Cooking and baking enthusiasts will find a functional, well-equipped kitchen. It is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, hand mixer, baking pans, toaster, kettle and egg cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, and, of course, all necessary cooking utensils. For coffee lovers, there’s either single-serve coffee with pods or freshly brewed coffee from the drip coffee maker. For tea lovers, we have an electric tea kettle. <br><br>The light-filled bathroom features a whirlpool tub, a spacious Duscholux steam shower, and a toilet. A guest bathroom offers additional comfort for multiple guests.<br><br>The apartment offers 3 bedrooms for 5 people. All of our beds are modern box-spring beds. You can choose between a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), two single beds (120 x 200 cm), and one single bed (100 x 200 cm).<br><br>On cooler evenings, you can enjoy the sunroom together as a couple by candlelight; in the summer, outdoor blinds provide a shaded seating area.<br><br>On warm days, you can use the private garden for sunbathing or a cozy barbecue evening. Garden furniture and a brick charcoal grill are available for your use. <br><br>Parking is available right next to the house, as well as a covered area for bicycles.<br><br>If you don’t have a bike with you, no problem.
