Neuhofen im Innkreis 3 km from Ried: House is useable up to 9 persons! very old, cosy chalet "Troadkasten", from the 17th century. On the outskirts, directly by the stream, in the countryside. For shared use: property 1'000 m2, garden, lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue, barbecue house, children's playground. In the house: central heating system, bicycles available. Parking at the house. Grocery 500 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis, cross country ski track 500 m, ice rink 2 km. The Chalets are 350 year old granaries which have been lovingly restored, comfortably furnished and converted into cosy holiday houses.  
4-room chalet 120 m2 on 3 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, dining nook, satellite TV, video, radio and tiled stove. Exit to the patio. Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 2 rooms, each room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. Shower/WC. Top floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, hand-basin, separate WC and satellite TV. Balcony, patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Beautiful view of the countryside. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Please note: outside staircase. Low doors and ceilings.

#### Ein Erlebnis

Man muss es mal gemacht haben. Die Unterkunft bietet drei Schlafzimmer, drei Toiletten und zwei Duschen sowie einen Kachelofen. Das Haus ist durch sein Alter sehr hellhörig. Ried liegt ca 70km von Salzburg, Linz und einem Skigebiet in den Alpen entfernt. Die Hausherrin war sehr freundlich und um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt. Für Haustiere geeignet

#### zeer oud, krakend maar authentiek en sfeervol huis

De woning is zeer oud en geheel van hout daardoor kraakt het bij elke stap en ruikt het wat muffig. Het is sober ingericht maar alle noodzakelijke benodigdheden zijn aanwezig en in de basis was alles schoon. (wel hier en daar spinnenwebben maar het was herfst en met al dat hout bijna niet tegen te houden). Benedenverdieping bestaat uit een keuken, eethoek met authentieke houtkachel waar je heerlijk tegenaan kunt zitten. Tevens is er een badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel. Op de eerste verdieping (alleen te bereiken via de trap aan de buitenzijde) zijn 2 ruime slaapkamers met fatsoenlijke bedden en een badkamer (vrij recent vernieuwd) wederom met douche, toilet en wastafel. Op de 2e verdieping een slaapkamer en toilet met wastafel. De bedden lagen beter dan verwacht en op alle kamers stond een extra bed/sofa. Het huis is erg donker maar voor een paar dagen was het wel sfeervol, grappig en apart.
