"Lovely, lovely. The proprietors and cook are friendly and considerate. There are many interesting features in the home, its decor, and the gardens. Our room (the Belvedere) was spacious—bedroom with sitting area, bathroom, living room with sitting area. The delicious breakfast was multiple courses and served on authentic heirloom quality dishes. The surrounding village, forest, and lakes are beautiful. A magical stay."

"The building and exterior of the property are beautiful. Like a countryside serenity. I loved eating outside at the restaurant everyday. The restaurant staff were amazing and cooked great food, very accommodating to my vegan diet. I came here for a wedding nearby, otherwise there would’ve been nothing to do in the remote area. My only complaint was about the room- they were very dated and did not come with a coffee machine, no fan, no AC. Dated not in a nice antique way, they just looked like...

"The only positive points were the access to the sauna and swimming pool. The rest: avoid it! Very old and uncomfortable beds and pillows. No A/C or Fan and the rooms are massively hot and humid: inferno style. Our room was besides the fitness room: we had fun all afternoon and until 10pm. "

"Very nice experience, i arrived at 20. Was able to call them and arrange late check in and preorder food at the restaurant. Super cosy location with the sound of nature. Huge room compared to normal hotels and nice accomodating staff."

"Da vi kom havde vi fået et værelse op på toppen men da de så at de var handicappede begge to sørger de for at vi fik et værelse i gavlen så vi kunne parkere bilen lige ude foran og servicen var udover det sædvanlige. "Wir hatten schönes Wellness Wochenende. Zimmer sauber mit kleinen Staubecken, Bett wahr sehr gemütlich, Wellnessenbereich sehr schön, Solebecken für mich leider zu kalt ( aber das ist ja Geschmacksache), Frühstücksbüffet wahr sehr gut, Abendessen mag ich lieber a la carte, es gab aber auch dort genug Auswahl um satt zu werden. Personal überall freundlich"
