Your holiday home for non-smokers is located above Lake Useriner. It is bright and pleasantly furnished and has all the amenities that contribute to a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor there is the light-flooded living / dining room with fireplace, seating area, dining table and open fully equipped kitchenette. This also includes a dishwasher. Large TV, radio, WiFi connection and telephone contribute to entertainment and communication. A bedroom with double bed and shower room with toilet are on the same floor. In the attic designed as an open gallery, another bedroom with two single beds awaits you. Garden furniture, parasols and a barbecue invite you to relax on the south-facing terrace, which is protected by the vegetation.
The bicycles can easily be stored in the attached shed.
The holiday home has a parking space that borders directly on the holiday complex. The system can only be used for loading and unloading.
Pets are not allowed in the complex.
A playground with a sandpit and play equipment is available for children. The multifunctional and soccer field in the immediate vicinity can be used by young people and adults.
A large swimming area with a fine sandy beach is located below the holiday center. It has a flat bank that is also suitable for small children. There you will find a jetty for sunbathing, a bathing island and a water slide. Rowing boats, canoes and life jackets can be borrowed locally for a fee.
