Please watch out for new pictures of the mosaic pool and veranda areas to also include a jacuzzi and walk in shower. A modern, well maintained and well equipped 3 bed, 2 bath villa with a private 10m x 5m HEATED swimming pool (available at certain times of the year - please enquire) and magnificent landscaped gardens situated in Latchi. Just a 3/4 min walk to the beach and 7/8 min walk to Latchi marina & all the fantastic restaurants and bars. Very private because at end of a road and my nearest neighbours only use their villas in peak Summer months. High speed fibre optic Internet and Box TV with over 4000 channels and pre-recorded films etc. Amazing scenery views of the mountains, sea and rolling hills from the verandas and bedroom balconies. Local agents to welcome guests and to deal with any queries. Villa Poinciana is a well reviewed villa in Western Cyprus on trip advisor (as at December 2023). Consistently over the last 15 years we have provided hundreds of guests from all over the world with a wonderful villa at reasonable prices that have made their vacation a memorable one. Not all satisfied guests are able to leave a review but they are a very good source to any potential guests of the reliability of our villa. The villa enjoys wonderful views of the sea and mountains in a quiet location yet close to many activities in Latchi such as water sports, Quad biking, cycling, hiking, para gliding and fishing. The villa is well arranged, offering spacious modern accommodation, bedroom balconies and fully furnished with a modern, exquisite style. You will find a tempting 10m x 5m PRIVATE HEATED swimming pool (not available from December to Mid March) surrounded in the garden, parasols and sun beds. During the cooler Winter months the villa has proper underfloor heating available for use provided with rental charges (Dec-Mid March). Managed by local agents who go to great lengths to ensure all guests are looked after, as is confirmed by many of the trip advisor reviews. The beach is just a 3/4 minute walk away and the picturesque fishing harbour of Latchi with its famous restaurants a 7/8 min walk. At night you can sit and relax in one of the local beach bars, enjoy the music, and even take a midnight swim and return to the bar ! Charming Polis is a 5 min drive with its equally wide range of taverns and restaurants, many situated around the paved town square. And of course the legendary Baths of Aphrodite are only 4 km away. Situated just outside Latchi village near the isolated, rugged and scenic Akamas Peninsula, a visit to the legendary Baths of Aphrodite is a must as is boat journey up the Akamas peninsula to stop in many of the coves such as the blue lagoon to swim or snorkel. Ramblers will love the many walks available in the area as the hills and valley are completely unspoiled and simply pristine. However for the younger generation visiting there are a few good nightclubs in the Latchi/Polis area and bustling Paphos is just a 35min drive away. Finally we have high speed internet and Box TV, a real hit with guests with c400 channels over several countries including UK and Russia and plenty of sports channels. Close by are the baths of Aphrodite with an exhilarating view over the bay. According to legends the baths are where Aphrodite took her beauty baths in a pool of a natural grotto shaded by a fig tree. My villa is situated about 3km out of the Akamas national park, the Akamas peninsula is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Sandy bays, deep gorges with varied landscapes. Watersport & and diving can be done in this area with 4 Padi diving schools located in Latchi and Paphos. Jeep safari tours are incredibly popular within the Akamas peninsula. Oct 21, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Had a wonderful peaceful stress-free relaxing stay at this lovely villa. The host Michael was excellent at keeping i touch and communicating about the villa. He provided us with lots of information to help make our stay as easy as possible. As promised the villa is part of a quiet street and there was no noise - it was bliss as this was what we wanted as both work busy jobs and wanted to relax. It is easy walking distance to the beautiful Latchi harbour. Michael clearly invests in the villa each year and had recently bought a massive comfortable sofa for the living area - it was so comfortable and he has a large plasma TV screen in the living room with all channels. It felt so luxurious! The kids loved watching movies together in the evening when it was cooler. I really loved sitting watching the sun set from the roof top terrace with views to the sea. The family loved the pool area - a perfect sized pool for the kids and a lovely comfortable temperate in October from the heating system. Michael really is a super host who really seems to care about his guests having a great experience. I would definitely recommend a stay here for any family. ##### Emma R. Communication with Michael was excellent and that made arrival very easy even at 3 am . The villa was spotlessly clean and very comfortable from the excellent beds to the comfy furniture indoors and out. The outdoor space for us really was the wow factor from the large pool to the stunning views on the roof terrace . Latchi itself had everything we hoped from lovely restaurants to unspoilt beaches .
