Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

An sich eine sehr schöne Anlage, allerdings alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man merkt, dass aus dem Haus Provit erzielt werden soll. Viele Lichtschalter (u.a. die Poolbeleuchtung) waren defekt. Der Rasen auf den Fotos existiert nicht mehr und wurde durch Kies ersetzt. Der Poll war sauber und das Haus ebenfalls. Neue Handtücher und ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten wären wünschenswert. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Diese Unterkunft entspricht keinem 4 Sterne Standard. Möbiliar in beiden Schlafzimmern teilweise sehr veraltet. Die Sauberkeit in den Bädern lies komplett zu wünschen übrig. Im Wohnbereich waren viele Schubladen vermüllt. 2 4-flammige Lampen im Flurbereich waren mit nur 2 Lampen ausgestattet. Besteck zu wenig. Alle von uns angezeigten Mängel wurden von Interhome Empuriabrava beseitigt. (nicht von der Schlüsselhalterin !) Wir sind der Hoffnung das der Eigentümer für künftige Gäste nachbessert.

Heerlijk huis

We hebben genoten van onze tijd hier. Een ruim huis met goede voorzieningen op een prachtig golf complex. De keuken is goed uitgerust om te koken en buiten is er een bbq en buitenkeuken. Het zwembad is niet verwarmd maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Het enige minpuntje is dat de tweede slaapkamer geen airconditioning heeft. De eigenaresse is goed bereikbaar en zeer vriendelijk.

De foto’s liegen opzich niet, maar alles is gammel of verouderd. Dit huis heeft duidelijk wat liefde nodig.

Mooie en rustige locatie

Mooi en rustig gelegen woning. Sleutelhouder J. is zeer vriendelijk. Schoonmaak dient wel een aandachtspuntje. Zoals de toiletten b.v. Vanuit Navata kun je veel mooie tochtjes maken met de auto. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Echter waren er maar 2 ligbedden aanwezig terwijl je voor 4 volwassenen boekt. Gelukkig had J. nog 2 ligbedden ( mochten we gebruiken, terwijl deze van haar waren )

Prima verblijf

We zijn geen klagers. Zoals het huis wordt aangeboden is het ook. Er is altijd ruimte voor verbetering. Mijn mening is dat die verbeteringen ook al bekend zijn bij eigenaar van de woning.

nous avons passés 2 semaines dans cette superbe maison avec piscine dans une résidence sécurisée trés bien équipé ( mais manque un micronde) calme idéale pour le repos et pour visité la costa brava sans trop de kilométres

Belle location qui mérite plus de soins

La villa fait une belle impression à l'arrivée. Mais dommage pour les trop nombreux détails et problèmes décevants. L'intérieur est propre, mais l'extérieur n'a pas été nettoyé, quelques mégots et papiers à traîner. La piscine était vraiment salle et très trouble. On ne voyait pas le fond. Traces de saletés sur tout le contour au niveau de la ligne d'eau. La filtration ne fonctionnait pas depuis plusieurs semaines. Dommage de nous avoir dit que c'est à cause de la chaleur, sans expliquer qu'il y avait un problème... La cuisine est bien, mais très chaude. Peu de vaisselle (4 cuillères, 6 fourchettes, 8 couteaux...). Pas de micro ondes, dommage c'est pratique. Les revêtements des poêles sont très abîmés, donc inutilisables. Le reste est ok et conforme à la description. Les literies sont bien. Climatisation dans la grande chambre. Pas de climatisation dans la 2e chambre. Un grand merci pour le ventilateur qui nous a été déposé. Un grand trou dans le mur d'une chambre ! Lampe de chevet cassée ! Les salles d'eau sont propres. La climatisation au rdc ne fonctionne pas. Il manque des ampoules partout... On s'est toujours contenté de ce qu'il y avait, mais cette fois je trouve dommage tous les petits détails et problèmes, surtout vu le prix. On a vu des locations en meilleures états. En revanche, InterHome a un vrai service client. Je les recommande vivement.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus und vor allem der Garten mit dem Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Durch die hohe Hecke um den Garten hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und man kann sich jederzeit an sie wenden. Sehr gut hat uns auch die Umgebung gefallen, man kann sehr viel unternehmen und danach die Ruhe im Garten und den Pool genießen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Gutes Haus mit Schönheitsfehlern

Gute Unterkunft mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern. Diverse Lichtquellen am und im Pool defekt, Klimaanlage im Erdgeschoss ohne Funktion,Garage konnte nicht genutzt werden,Ventilator Terasse defekt, Wespennest in der Aussendusche,kein WLAN im Haus, Handtücher alt und fleckig.

Casa acacies

Casa molt bonica i amplia, entorn molt tranquil envoltat de verd i del camp de golf. Li falta una mica de manteniment, hi havia llums , aire condicionat i ventilador... que no funcionava, per la nostra opinió li falta wifi, tele en canals en català o castellà i cafetera nespresso o similar. L exterior molt correcte, a part de la piscina tens cuina, nevera, sofàs i dutxa , per tant si el temps ho permet pots fer vida a fora. Tema neteja, correcte, però estan en ple covid li faltava una mica.

Creemos que el mantenimiento de la casa no es del todo bueno (telarañas en el jardín que no se han retirado en mucho tiempo, depuradora de la piscina no acaba de filtrar correctamente, un conducto de la piscina tapado con lo que creemos era un guante o bolsa de plástico, la plaza de parquing implica aparcar delante de la casa porque el garaje está ocupado por todo lo del jardinero, el aire acondicionado del salón no funciona, en el anuncio dice que tienes una ducha en el exterior pero no se puede usar porque hay nidos de avispas) . Nos hemos encontrado varias pequeñas cosas que han provocado que la estancia no fuera como deseábamos. No obstante cuando hemos llamado a los trabajadores han venido a solucionar lo que se les ha pedido ( plaga de hormigas y retirar las telarañas del jardin)

Calme et confortable

Belle location mitoyenne avec belle piscine. Résidence haut de gamme avec golf et spa Poche de figueres. Très bon accueil et prestations de qualité conformes aux photos. Seule critique, pas d'accès internet ou wifi.

Schöne Anlage für einen ruhigen Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Pool und Garten werden regelmäßig gepflegt. Die hohen Hecken gewähren absolute Privatheit. Die Anlage gehört zu einer Golfanlage; sie ist ein Vogelparadies. Leider war im Haus nicht (gut) gereinigt worden. Handtücher waren teilw. zerschlissen. Beschreibungen von Geräten oder der Umgebung fehlten völlig. Hier wären Hinweise schön (auch zum W-LAN im Hotel). Restaurants im Ort waren zu. Kein W-LAN im Haus.
