Home is great and modern. So many extras, bikes, floats, beach chairs, even a beach wagon to haul everything with you. We brought our two small dogs with us and this home is a great layout for pets! At the time of our stay I was restricted to use a knee scooter/wheelchair, so this home was listed as compliant by using the elevator. I simply had to email Marcos to let them know I needed access and it was ready when we arrived. We loved the location as it is a very short walk to the beach access. Also the house has plenty of parking so if your sharing it with friends/family, it will be just fine with 4 or more vehicles.
