Welcome to your perfect getaway—Treasure by the Sound, a newly renovated studio retreat located right on the Santa Rosa Sound. Whether you're here to unwind, fish, paddle, or simply soak up the beauty of Navarre Beach, this charming third-floor condo has everything you need for a peaceful and memorable stay.
This beautifully updated studio sleeps four comfortably. A custom sliding partition creates a private queen-sized sleeping space, while the living area features a cozy new full-sized sleeper sofa for added guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new cabinetry, and bamboo flooring, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals. A washer/dryer is also included for your convenience.
Step outside to enjoy the stunning sound views and take full advantage of the private beach and fishing pier. After a day exploring the island or relaxing in the sun, cool off in the sparkling community pool or grill dinner in the shaded gazebo right by the water.
Located in an elevator building, this third-floor unit gives you fantastic views and easy access. If you're bringing a boat or jet ski, there’s parking available with prior approval—perfect for adventurers looking to explore the water from every angle.
No smoking allowed inside the unit or on balconies. No pets or events permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.

This was our second time staying at this location. The pier, the grilling area, and bay access was amazing. We had our 2 year old with us and she was never bored! So much to do just on premises which is perfect for relaxing or with a little one to keep busy. The house was clean, and the washer/dryer was an added bonus!

Location was great, accomations perfect!Cost was way too high due to all the added fees for VBRO!!!There's no paperwork and everything is online so NOT sure what Administration costs could cost more than the actual rental. Cleaning costs are appropriate!

The unit was perfect for two people. I loved the privacy divider between living room/bedroom. The view was very nice, too. Unit was very clean and checkin was easy. I was glad I brought a wagon, as beach was farther than I expected. I also wish there would’ve been a convenience store/restaurant within walking distance. But, that’s just a first world issue, I suppose. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Nice clean cozy place.

Booking and checking in was a breeze! Although, if I were to have one complaint, a 9am check out was a bit too early. Other properties in this complex, which I have stayed, are 10am to 11am, which is much more realistic. Other than that, room was wonderful, owner was pleasant when we arrived, room was well decorated and up to date. AC thank goodness worked just fine. All in all everything was just fine. Highly recommend.

Neighbor Nuisance

The condo had everything we needed and check-in was a breeze. It is better suited for 2 individuals rather than 4 people. It is a tight space with 4 people and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. You can feel the bars of the frame through the thin mattress. The bed was comfortable. The property has great beach access on the sound side of the island, dock for fishing, and covered pavilion for cook outs. We enjoyed them all. However, we did not enjoy the time we spent inside because the neighbor below the condo made our stay miserable. The neighbor repeatedly banged on the ceiling. I had to constantly remind my family to literally tiptoe around the room. It was ridiculous. We were never loud in my opinion and we were walking normally every time the neighbor banged on the ceiling.

Nice accommodations. Small but we expected that

Had to ask for TP and refrigerator ran cold spoiling food. Other than that all fine. We didn’t use appliances except washer and dryer once. It was fine. We like the view and the pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. I’d go there again.
