Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife and just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue just two blocks further to enjoy the nightlife on Broadway. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot. When you are spending time in the loft, we have made every effort to make sure you feel at home. This 960 sq ft loft features 15ft. ceilings and huge windows looking out onto Nashville and the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft offers a king-size bed and queen sofa bed! We offer a SmartTV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), high-speed wifi, and a washing machine and dryer in your unit! Guest access You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay as well as the shared patio space near the entrance on the second floor. Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public lot which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. \*No in-and-out privileges means if you leave the parking lot and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. At either lot, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app. Interaction with guests We let our guests have their space but if needed, our team will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you. The Gulch neighborhood is among the most dynamic in the city. Home to a variety of hospitality options, including that nationally celebrated restaurant Biscuit Love and the rooftop bar at the Thompson Nashville, the Gulch is a destination of its own to experience some of Nashville's unique culture. Getting Around ON FOOT With so many options for dining and entertainment just steps away, you can get to most places by foot! Your unit will include a detailed map that shows the great places you can visit in just a few blocks. RIDESHARE There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option! TAXIS See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs. MTA BUSES The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. NASHVILLE B-CYCLE Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! Check in and out was easy and we received several automated texts throughout our stay to ensure we didn’t have any issues. Location is close enough to Broadway yet far enough away to ensure the neighborhood was calm and quiet. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. There were 2 issues that kept our stay from being perfect. First, the master bedroom is so dark even with the 2 lamps on. We couldn’t see our clothes on/in the dresser. Also the heat/AC unit clunks, and pipes knock, waking us up each night. The constant “knocking” prevented us from getting good sleep. ##### Mary R. The bed was very comfortable! We could walk to the little market, liquor store, restaurants and a few shops. The rental agency was fantastic! Very helpful very responsive and super nice. We did have a couple complaints. These first couple can be taken care of easily : our first is the bedroom lighting. It was so dark ! We really had a very hard time seeing. Even with all the bedroom lights on including the hall spotlight one it was dark over by the dresser. Lamps with outlets and usb outlets would be very nice. The master bathroom was also too dark for our liking . We ended up spending more time in the unit than anticipated. With that being said sitting on the couch it made you feel like you were falling forward and footstools would be nice. This complaint that really can’t be fixed ( I think) is the AC unit clunks when it cuts on and pipes knock. The rental agency did put a sound machine in the bedroom for us but it still woke us up . It was still better than a hotel room and someone partying all night beside of us. I would definitely rent again from Urban Vacations ! And with fixes I’d rent this unit again. ##### Janet M.
