Plenty of room for two couples to stay and not feel “too close for comfort”. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The amenities were great for downtime… we took advantage of the pool and the courtyard, which has a cornhole game that the husbands enjoyed. It took us 18 minutes to walk to Broadway, which was great. (We did tend to Uber home, as it is an uphill walk back :-) There are restaurants, coffee shops and a liquor store that sells snacks and water within a short walk. Beautiful condo and nice views of the water. Fantastic location and definitely walkable to Nissan Stadium and Broadway. Only frustration was how loud upstairs neighbors were. Understandably, the owner has no control over upstairs neighbors, but it was a bit surprising what little sound protection there was between floors. Found we had an awesome spot to see the fireworks! That was a nice surprise. Place is just as the pictures show. Great location. Safe neighborhood. Overall great place. Nice work out room!Had a bit of trouble with regulating the ac. Upon inspection, the air filter really needed to be replaced!
