Brand New Condos featuring amazing walkability to East Nashville hot spots with Nicoletto's, Grimey's Music, Elegy Coffee Bar, The Fox Bar & Cocktail club and Mickey's Tavern right across the street. Pet's welcome for $35 extra per night. The entire 1 bedroom condo with kitchen, living room and bath with washer and dryer in the condo. There is an additional shared workspace and sitting area in the lobby area- see pictures. I am readily available via text. East Nashville bars and restaurants- Foxy's, Nicoletta's, and Grimey's records Uber or lyft is best but we do offer free parking! There is an entry camera for security. Between 10-15 minutes depending on the time of day. Close by but away from the crowds. Easy to Uber to and from if you don’t have a car. The owner was so accommodating and easy to reach.
