There were visible black scuff marks on every floor level of the house. After 1 hour of being there, my 3 year old walking around the house bar door and her feet were BLACK! I never received a response back regarding that message upon arrival, so my assumption is I wasn’t going to get a response during my stay. Majority of our stay was very unpleasant! First off the floor being NASTY! And the main thing was there was NO water pressure when showering! We had 10 people who needed to shower and there was barely any hot water for even 1 person to shower. The shower was “spitting” water instead of pressure coming out. I couldn’t even get the shampoo out of my hair before freezing because there was no pressure and water got cold! To add to the list of headaches, one of the sinks plug in the master bedroom was stuck so didn’t drain, and the daybed frame in the lowest floor bedroom was broken in the middle. The stay was not enjoyable at all! And we actually vacated the house a day before the end of our stay. I asked Chris for a partial refund and was declined! Claiming I could have asked for them to come fix the issues! I mentioned the disgusting floor on the first day of arrival and received NO response back so seemed to not car whatsoever!
